FREO STREETWISE SUMMER EDITION

THE 24th edition of Fremantle’s independent street publication is now available in Freo, Melville, Cockburn and select sites in WA.
Supported by local businesses and community groups, the port city’s free print and online magazine features a smorgasbord of exclusive stories and images including our cover image of North Mole at Rous Head by WA photographer Leith Phillips (at Perth and WA Landscape Photography).
The summer edition celebrates food, figs, film, science and history and includes feature stories on the future of sea container homes, shipwreck legends, ancient serial killers and the fall of Usher.
StreetWise reports on the electoral fallout over the disputed local government elections in October 2023 and lack of State Government access to public information about the use of ‘blank’ ballots in WA elections and spread of Polyphagous shot-hole borer in trees in Fremantle.
